In the real estate business, you need to lead, follow, or get out of the way. Craig Lerch chose to lead. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey (License AB060964L), Craig has built one of the most prolific careers in the Philadelphia metro.
Licensed since 1989, Craig has completed more than 4,000+ real estate transactions — from luxury penthouse acquisitions to commercial listings to first-time homebuyer sales. He has logged over 130,000+ hours at the negotiation table across the Philadelphia metro, Montgomery County, Bucks County, Chester County, and Delaware County.
He grew up watching his family run their boutique brokerage business of fifteen years. Inspired, Craig launched his own boutique brokerage and ran it for seventeen years before identifying the next major evolution in real estate technology: cloud brokerage. In 2024, Craig chose to live life "in full tilt" and aligned with EXP Realty, moving his operation to their cloud-based environment.
Craig lives his mission to "experience the best that life has to offer and exhaust it to the MAX with enthusiasm and energy." His fundamental focus remains straightforward: change lives, build wealth, expand your possibilities, and have fun.
